AND THEN ONE DAY, I PACKED TWO SUITCASES, SAID "SEE YOU LATER" TO EVERYONE AROUND, BOOKED A PLANE AND OFFERED MYSELF ANOTHER LIFE ABOVE
OF THE ARCTIC CIRCLE...
My name is Véronique, a French-speaking Belgian so in love with the Nordic countries that I left everything to settle in Northern Norway in a magnificent fjord near Tromsø, the Arctic capital of the Northern Lights.
For over two years, I've been living my dream, a fairytale that continues to fill me with joy. Every day spent in the Far North is a new adventure. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, majestic fjords, and Arctic animals, I have the privilege of experiencing the magic of polar nights, the midnight sun, and the beauty of the Northern Lights dancing across the sky.
They say happiness grows when shared, and that's at the heart of my business philosophy. I want to offer my partners and clients the same sense of wonder I feel living here. I want to see their eyes light up when they have the best experience the trip of a lifetime.
My story
If someone had told me one day...
"Véro, one day you'll live in Northern Norway, you'll live your best life there, and you'll create a company to give others unique arctic experiences!" I obviously wouldn't have believed it!
Having come from a very varied professional background, I have worked in various sectors (Event Organizations, Public Relations, Musical Show, Marketing...).
25 years of flitting from one thing to another, doing my best, learning, traveling, falling, getting back up... a path as beautiful and sweet as a pretty rose, but also very thorny. A persistent feeling of not belonging, of slowly fading away, a constant need to rekindle the flame until the day...
2019 My first trip to Lapland was love at first sight from the moment I set foot on the frozen ground. A breath of fresh air that changed everything! An immaculate world of white, so cold and yet so warm at the same time.
Everything would change from that moment on. Life would resume its course with several trips back and forth to the Far North. I didn't know it yet, but this trip would be the starting point for a new life that would begin only a few years later...
2021 The desire to get away for a longer period, but differently this time... On the road, in a van that will take me two short months to build, before setting off on one of the most beautiful journeys of my life. A road trip alone, facing myself and all my fears through several countries, a healing and equally revealing journey: "I feel alive being somewhere else, outside my comfort zone!"

2022 All the indicators are flashing red. My place is no longer here. The call is too strong; the steps towards a new life have begun...
2023 A new year. Doors open, opportunities arise, solutions are found. The time has come to leave everything behind. With a one-way ticket in hand, I board the plane with a smile on my face. I am as excited as I was on my very first trip, a feeling that had been missing for too long... Absolutely everything will be new and different (accommodation, work, culture, language, social relationships, food, customs, etc.). Fear is human. Change is scary, but it also makes you feel so alive that as the days go by, it fades away, leaving you with the serenity of having ‘done it’!
2025 A sudden and premature career turnaround; it's time to move on. In 15 minutes, the decision is made, the resignation submitted. I want to share this Nordic bliss with others, fulfill their dreams and my own, organize tailor-made experiences they'll remember for a lifetime! Sitting in my car, snow coating the windshield after every powder landing, emotions swirl, from laughter to tears, from relief to the fear of starting over...again!
I didn't know it yet, but a few months later..."Arctic Whisper" would be born...
